All of our work is quoted at a competitive price. We can quote your job based on drawings/ schematics or on the sample or prototype provided. All quotes expire after 30 days unless a longer time is agreed upon.

Our pressing equipment ranges from 100 tons to 400 tons. With over 45 presses in total we are able to handle large production volumes to ensure efficient lead times. This also enables us the flexibility to handle production runs where many different dies are required.

Our workforce is experienced in many areas of general steel fabrication. We are able to provide Oxy/Acetylene and Arc welding, Spot Welding, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Pressing, and Fitting services. We also have a dedicated workshop to make customised tools and jigs specific to your product to ensure efficient product handling.

We operate a range of CNC lathe and CNC milling machines. These machines along side our skilled operators ensure quality and accuracy for all sizes of production runs. Simply provide us with your design and we’ll take care of your CNC requirements.

We currently have die-casting capabilities and precision injection casting technology available. We are able to work with steel, aluminium, bronze and brass.
We currently have two 250 ton high pressure aluminium injection machine and a recently acquired 450 ton machine for excellent casting results.

We are able to provide assembly works which enables us to integrate components from our stamping and general fabrication lines. We can also take care of the packaging and transportation of your products.

We can supply quality Blank Tooling Steel which you can machine yourself or complete computer designed Tooling Dies. Our experience and manufacturing size means we can offer the best prices and biggest range of tooling steel.
